★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the dirtiest departmental store in all of Taiwan. The bathrooms are dirty and very often there is no soap, water faucet is always out of order. Management is poor. We complain to the customer service staffs but nothing happens.
The shops are okay except the eyeglass store 20/20. They are rude and very often they are at the back instead of being out front. Very poor and bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a large food court at the basement that sells Japanese food. The gyu kaku beef bowl is nice. NT220 ala carte. NT269 to add lava egg or poached egg with a soft drink 350ml. Very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and elegant department store in Tainan area, with all the high-end brands, cosmetic, housing & kitchen, clothing all categories...etc. Basements with supermarket and food court and basically you can get whatever you needs and wants, top floor with the cinema where you can see the lastest movies. Sounding with many good hotels such as Cozzi and Landis with 4 & 5 stars within walking distance, and easily to go around the tourist attractions in this historical town in Taiwan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing selection of stores and restaurants. Pricing on food was great and it was very tasty. I only had 5 hours and still couldn't experience everything. There was 3 basement floors and 9 above ground floors of shops.
Definitely recommend for anyone traveling from abroad.
