Higher floors have a few restaurants with view of the city and the nearby airport. Check out the coffee shop for the view as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like strolling through this Mitsukoshi when I need to relax, but I rarely shop…I consider walking around half empty department stores a kind of retail therapy. I usually hit the basement level grocery store with its good selection of imported snacks. Would also recommend the top floor café with its beautiful views.
