★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I have been to three different Shine Mood stores at National Taiwan University (Taipei), National Chiao Tung University (Hsinchu) and this one, National Tsing Hua University (Hsinchu). I love the pancakes of Shine Mood. However, the staffs at NTHU store is the worst, bad attitude towards customer. I read the comments and found that I am not the only one received those bad attitude. I know that they are lack of manpower but that is not how you do the business.
I ordered a pancake and a drink. Time takes a bit long. When my drink was prepared, they didn’t press the number but keep calling. I sit a little bit far, I couldn’t hear that. When i asked where is my pancake, they started preparing... I was ...WOW. How could you called my number without finishing the preparation of my order??? Am I wrong? Or this is the store culture?
