Good facilities, but quite noisy while people walking, talking in the hallway. Shower and the tub are too close, that bubble float on the hotspring. Staff were very nice, and good service.

The facilities are new and clean but the services and the staffs are hug minuses. The staffs and the service still have room for enhancement. Hopefully 5-star hotel employees can be trained well to understand that yelling and giving attitudes in front of clients is very unprofessional.

Wonderful family hot spring bath time We were greeted by friendly reception staff and were very delighted to be ushered to mask making/coloring area. The kids enjoyed the session. They enjoyed designing and coloring their own masks. The double beds japanese family room is spacious and the spa pool is huge. The spring water is of PH 8.2. The hotel is new and well maintained. We are particularly happy with 2 facilities in the hotel. The 1st place is the huge open area on the 6th floor. The 3 kids were having so much fun running after one other in the safe environment . It is also a perfect platform to enjoy sun set and star gazing. Not to mention, a great place to make friends between visitors. The 2nd place is the games room. The mini football table game and the sliding disc table games are our favourite. The dinner was unexpectedly tasty and portions generous. The food was served fast and the staff were very attentive. The buffet breakfast was with varieties. We loved the food. The kids were giving their agreements with thumbs up and nodding heads. Thank you for the thoughtfulness of having a reading corner in the restaurant. My kids read quite a few books there during the meal breaks. Overall a hotel I wish to recommend for families and couples Cheers to the friendly and professional service staff of 亨沐！！

The facilities of the hotel are great but with very poor restaurant service. They should hire more trained staff to make sure that customers receive proper service. Every room is equipped with a hot spring bathtub. The hot spring water contains minerals which make your skin smooth. Dipping in the hot spring is really refreshing especially during winter times.

Everything's perfect, kids love the stay! Dinner is also good, the facilities worth every penny! Thanks for the thoughtful services.

Nice hot springs on the 8th floor. The outdoor hot springs are fine, too. Breakfast is alright. Only issue is the noise on the 5th floor if there is a large tour group using the meeting room for a party.You can hear them celebrating from your room! Friendly staff.

On arrival we’ve had a quick check-in and really Friendly staff,. Room is really spacious and clean (601). The public open spa / pool area is nicely organized and well maintained. There are plenty of pools from hot to cold water. As well the indoor separated spa is big, well maintained and comfortable. It’s great to calm down and relax. We as a family of four had a great time. I’d like to recommend that place to all of you. Enjoy your stay… Ps: around the hotel is nothing. So better come prepared, in case you’re looking for a late night snack… ;-)

We had an excellent visit here. Great reasonably priced lunch with natural hot spring experiences. Modern and clean facilities with friendly services. Would visit again soon.
