★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agreed, great views of Keelong harbor and its neighboring city in the evening for sunset on a clear day. There is only a few parking spaces available, then a short walk up, about 0.6km. Motorcycle up is a good alternative, but slippery on raining days and dark after sunset, so do bring flash lights! Other than the views, there is not much else to see. Lack of maintenance!

Sadly the battery is in bad condition, not much left. Shame on the local council, they should spend some money to preserve this historical place.
The toilet nearby is disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A historic site. Worth to visit. Good for healthy to climb the Shiqiu hill. A view sightseeing stage to watch the Keelung harbor, Taiwan superhighway start point and the superhighway to Taipei, maybe a horoscopic view of Taipei 101.
