★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 樹林區樹新路、俊英街口的「抗日先烈十三公紀念碑」，是中日甲午戰爭後，清廷割讓臺灣，樹林民眾曾組義軍大敗日軍，後來日軍增援反撲，義軍因眾寡懸殊，戰死13人，鄉民稱為義士，合葬在紀念碑現址，稱為「十三公」。
Shuxin Road, Junying Street, Shuxin District, Shuxin Road, Junying Street, the "Thirteen Martyrs of the Anti-Japanese War Memorial", after the Sino-Japanese Sino-Japanese War, the Qing court ceded Taiwan. The people of Shulin once organized the rebels and defeated the Japanese. Thirteen people died in the battle. The villagers were called righteous men. They were buried together at the site of the monument, called "Thirteen Gongs."
