This morning, I came for a walk and happened to meet a large group of travelers from Taipei who participated in the activity. They rode their bicycles and embarked on this green journey...... Along the way, I heard from time to time "the green tunnel here is so long and beautiful", "the scenery is so beautiful, and there is a cool wind", "Come to the middle railway to take pictures, it must be beautiful"... Watching them beaming with smiles and rushing to take pictures in groups of three or five made me feel very happy and proud. How happy it is to be a Chiayi person, you don't have to come from far away, you can enjoy the beauty here, exercise, walk, talk, relax..., "Awesome"~

Cycling paths across Chiayi City and Chiayi County (Northern Bicycle Trail). The total length is 3,500 meters. There are eight stations along the way. The starting point is Shixian Road Station and the end point is Tiantian Square at the Tropic of Cancer Station. YouBike is only set up on both sides of the entrance of Xinmin Road Station (about 10 vehicles in total), and celebrities from other counties and cities can park their vehicles on the nearby roadside. A total of five toilets are set up along the way, and the planning is perfect. The overall maintenance of the bicycle path is not bad. The original railway is covered with wooden boards as a pedestrian path, and two-way bicycle paths are planned on both sides. I also saw the staff cleaning the environment that day. Disadvantages: (1) The intersection of Nanjing Road Station is the most dangerous ⚠️ There are no traffic lights?, be sure to stop and listen whether you are walking or riding a bicycle. (2) There are a lot of wild dogs along the way, and there are even dog feces, which is really unsightly... All in all, this is a great bike trail for both sports and leisure. I hope the Chiayi City Government will continue to maintain it!
