賣家未寄給我訂購的東西,因此我給予負評,然而賣家威脅不改評價就不退費。 蝦皮客服處理非常制式,非常慢,直到我詢問才回覆。 結論:遇到這種事,不用找蝦皮客服了。直接申報消基會,通知不良賣家未來會報警通報詐欺。兩小時內退費給我,但實際上賣家拖了一個月都不願意退款。 在這種不良賣家和不良客服制度下,千萬不要手軟,消基會線上申報給他按下去就對了。

很爛的客服 完全不處理問題 如果在這邊買東西 一定要選對賣家&買家 蝦皮完全失能 過年期間到貨因為不在晚了一天取貨 結果被超商退到箱子內 明明就在箱內 也無法領 打給客服請他們主管回電 等了兩天仍然沒有下文 只有收到訂單取消的通知 但蝦皮的境外包裹 追蹤系統爛到不行 號碼跟你收到的簡訊通知都對不起來 還要問客服才知道 這間爛公司可以趕快退出嗎?

上次訂貨很快就送達了,這一次卻因為蝦皮的奇怪政策,宅配的司機打死不電話先聯絡,還怪因為家暴案跟我在打官司的家人拒收兩次。 我在5/25付款當下就已經跟賣家講明可以收貨的時間和日期。賣家說是蝦皮宅配的,所以我用手機打電話到台北客服,跟台北客服要司機的電話,他們遲遲不給,我也一直跟他們email,連確診隔離還持續連絡。 他們要我打手機到岡山物流,物流也遲遲不給,然後我火大了,說要到消基會申訴,他們當天還是沒有給我答案,所以我就在Facebook 貼文,也在消基會網路申訴。 昨天司機和主管才打電話給我,而我和司機約好今天6/25送到公司,真的對主管提過去式拒收的事厭煩,給賣家四顆星給蝦皮一顆星!

蝦皮系統問題很多,大家務必小心一不留意他還會給你少錢呢,而且爭議都算自己有利的,客服反應完,居然說一套做一套直接給你強制下架商品,是心眼很小會報復性找碴的公司唷:)甚至各種反應都沒有用,全然獨裁,很適合到共產黨國家發展呢!蝦皮上面也好多中國商家呢,來台灣削錢,圖利中共賣家,消費台灣賣家,搜尋曝光也以中國為主,在蝦皮甚至很多宣傳活動費用是由賣家要負擔,免運日就提高抽成,免運的費用基本上跟賣家幫買家出沒什麼不同了,蝦皮甚至怕賣家和買家說手續費的事情,動不動鎖訊息或是鎖商品,覺得真的很好笑呢!根本是中國軟體呀自搜關鍵字然後盯上你,各種找你碴~也是啦在自己的天地來暗的有什麼不妥,這樣低落的道德價值,期待其他平台興起,台灣賣家不用再看蝦皮臉色。看其他人分享才看到原來猖獚到爭議立案一堆但也是獨大的蝦皮,想必覺得自己真的獨霸電商,獨裁看他臉色是理所當然,難怪小客服也這麼有氣勢跩的二五八萬呢,還以為我是受僱於蝦皮在跟我上司說話哈,可笑。

此平台真的對賣家很不友善與惡劣,規定賣家一堆不平等的規範就先不說,就連詢問客服窗口只會一直回答鬼打牆的話,只會制式化回覆,規定賣家一大堆,沒有符合規定會被鎖,動不動就去設一堆規範限制賣家,重點"符合規定"了"還是被鎖"商品數量及自動下架賣場的商品,規定是低於60%但重點我45%還是被鎖住。卻沒有詳細根據,要求他們提出數據,等了目前已經30多天還沒有答案,規定一堆制度都你們說的算,看不到任何數據跟根據就鎖系統造成賣家困擾,我猜根本就沒有數據吧不然數字根本不可能一週回答不出來,不知道要拖時間拖到什麼時候。處理能力很差,一件事情確認了一週還沒有結果,不斷鬼打牆回覆會轉交出去給相關單位,要等其他單位確認會再回信,請問一個問題需要確認一週到現在還沒有一個答案,效率很差處理的方式也差系統更是爛,真的是最爛平台,希望可以趕快有其他企業有更完善的平台可以取代他們。而且詢問有沒有可以處理事情的主管可以做處理,問8次8次都回覆正在開會中,(更新)目前案件已經30天了至今沒有解決,實在蠻好笑的,客服機制毫無作用,不知道設的用意在哪裡。目前已經在計畫轉向其它平台。建議賣家們或者正在考慮要開蝦皮的賣家們不要使用。抽賣家抽成計畫得很週全,為賣家處理問題卻拖了一個月還沒有解決 客服還會看你的態度 如果你很生氣就會直接掛斷不會轉客服滿意度哈哈
