劉	劉昱賢 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去取貨已經排隊到人行道外大家都是等店內出來一些人外面再進去輸入手機領取號碼輪到我時裡面人約8個(不含店員) 外面天氣熱所以大家不像平常裡面2~3個出來後再補人我在外面等裡面人出來再補進去裡面人數還在5人時就有人插隊進去輸入手機領取號碼告知他不要插隊他卻說他只是先輸入手機領取號碼後來輪到我領店員卻說還沒到我他們是依照輸入手機領取的號碼單號領取要那插隊的先領跟店員解釋對方是插隊跟我說他先輸入手機領號碼之後在外面等之後插隊的進來改說這邊是先輸入手機在到外面等當時你跟我講可沒說是照領號的順序還說不知道我在排隊外面是一堆人在排隊不是我一個還怪我自己不先進去輸入號碼牌我來的時候大家都是在外面排隊等輪到進去才去輸入手機現場店員沒在處理最後是讓我先領後就讓插隊的領那排我後面的人的權利? 店員這樣處理也讓我懷疑是對方說得有道理嗎? 以後要不要排隊? 到了直接插隊進去領號碼牌? 在怪外面排隊的不去領號碼?

琪	琪。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蝦皮店到店現在都要使用取件報到機來領號碼牌，一拿到號碼牌店員的電腦就有資料就會馬上去找了，這樣取貨變很方便又快速。一個店員結帳，另外一個店員找尋下個顧客的包裹，是非常快速的服務。看到底下有人留言說在外面排隊，等人少再進去領號碼牌，我認為這樣的行為完全沒有幫助到。要領貨就是先進去拿號碼牌，人多的話出去等叫號，這樣可以讓店員馬上找貨，這才是正確的取貨流程。
