第一次使用蝦皮店到店,111/4/9下午1點左右取貨,一位女服務員口氣極度差,極 度 差 ! 非 常 的 差!不知道在差幾點,連一顆星都不想給!感覺非常差,第一次不爽直接給負評!

一開始店員喜歡在顧客面前講店員八卦和壞話,找不到貨還會指責其他同店店員,之後又常常搞不清楚貨物取了還是退了,現在是常常找不到貨 甚至還因為找不到貨,被眼鏡男店員強迫我隔天再來,不讓我現在取貨(是以為大家隨時都很方便一直來喔) 現在寧可選比較遠的店到店,也不要來這間了 之前有個看起來很瘦很白的女店員態度不好 但現在看起來全部都不好 尤其超級不喜歡有一個聲音比較鼻音的眼鏡男店員,一直對客人很多「指導」 另外,上次取件的時候,櫃檯男員工(就是戴眼鏡有點中性鼻音的店員)問我說貨物是什麼時候到的,是今天嗎?我說不確定,不過應該是這兩天,結果男員工可能以為是早一點到的,就到後面去找。找到一半,態度很差的女員工就從後面冷冷的說「是今天到的」,然後把我的東西甩在桌上 雖然沒有針對我,但總覺得有點被數落的感覺?好像在怪我不知道是今天到的... 大概可以知道他們真的很忙,也很辛苦,只是說感受上還是有點不太好~

連一星我都不想給! 明明營業時間是22:00關門,人也沒有遲到進去寄件(已經自行印好單貼好,只需要刷件即可),我21:50就到門口,進去後一位男店員態度不好的唸說「為什麼不早點來寄件」,然後堅持不給我寄。 每次我們都要為了蝦皮店到店的營業時間先暫停手邊工作去寄件,這次竟然還不給寄,影響賣家對買家的承諾就算了,我當天還有必須要當日寄出的包裹,都已經答應客人了,卻硬要我去85度c那邊有間複合式的蝦皮店到店寄。我也懶得跟他理論太多,包裹寄出優先,所以我請男店員撥電話給分店,請店家等等我,畢竟是你們店不收件,總要讓我有辦法寄出吧?結果男店員直接一口回絕表示「不知道電話」,我後面還有一位抱很重包裹的女生也很生氣,慶幸我還有騎車來寄件,她是要走路走過去,明明我們兩個都依營業時間前來,不收件真的讓人很無言!那女生等同白跑一趟。 我知道你們很忙,我真的可以體諒,但態度不能好一點嗎?明明是你們私自不想收件,態度還這麼理直氣壯!不想服務客人就不要做服務業!蝦皮規定的時間就是要服務不是嗎?你自己說的就是規定? 以後麻煩私自把收件時間往前挪的問題,請張貼在門市門口公告好嗎? 不要再造成賣家的困擾以及讓客人們接受你們的「壞情緒」。 另外補充,那天店裡面有「四個人」在處理取貨的客人。所以到底是他們自己動線規劃不好沒邏輯,還是本來脾氣就這麼差?讓人感到無奈。

先說結論:店員態度很差,要不是距離近根本不想選這間,不想上班就不要來上班,你們人手少很忙不是客人的問題,請你們自己想辦法 身為買家兼賣家,取貨的話還滿快速有效率,但寄件的話已經不只一次遇到店員態度差、器材故障還擺臉色給我看,有沒有搞錯?你們的機器常故障關客人什麼事?? 然後店員會一直大聲閒聊,寄件的時候也在聊,感覺滿不尊重人的,建議該店好好重新教育訓練^^
