★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1110317晚上約8點40分左右，櫃檯有一位老伯伯在結帳，我在對面尋找酒精噴霧器，聽見櫃台內一位長髮女生在詢問伯伯會員電話，問了幾次就很不耐煩的要伯伯說國語表示自己聽不懂，櫃檯內咖啡機下方蹲著一位男生用極度不客氣的語氣要伯伯說國語，我跟另一位客人趨前原想幫助伯伯翻譯會員帳號，伯伯後來自己用國台語報完電話後順利結帳，身為服務員連最基本的禮貌跟母語都不會，店內是否要在訓練一下正確服sop,貴公司主管如果有看到訊息，也能調回監視器釐清我說的是否屬實！

I heard a long-haired girl at the counter asking for Uncle's membership number. Speaking Mandarin means that I don't understand it. A boy squatting under the coffee machine at the counter asked Uncle to speak Mandarin in an extremely rude tone. Another customer and I approached to help Uncle translate the member account. Uncle later used Guotai by himself. After reporting the phone call, the checkout went smoothly. As a waiter, you don’t even know the most basic politeness and native language. Do you need to train in the store to properly serve the SOP? If your company manager sees the message, he can also call back to the monitor to clarify. Is what I said true!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/13上午約10點半,家人因找不到物品去櫃檯詢問,男性店員告知在第八排,於該點找了大約20分左右還是未找到,再度返回櫃台詢問,跟另一男性店員前往尋找
途中以聊天方式詢問都沒找到,該名店員態度不耐回：「我又不是神怎麼會知道每個東西放哪」,並甩頭就走,經過櫃台聽到他跟櫃台男店員抱怨,廣播還撥放著如有找不到物品可與店員詢問,真是格外諷刺!
希望可以再加強員工情緒管理訓練,以及待人處事的道理!
p.s.我們也不是神
At about 10:30 in the morning on 4/13, the family went to the counter to inquire because they could not find the item. The male clerk told him that he was in the eighth row. On the way, I didn't find it through chatting. The clerk responded impatiently: "I'm not a god, how can I know where everything is placed", and shook his head and left. He heard him complaining to the male clerk at the counter after passing the counter. If you can't find the item, you can ask the clerk, which is really ironic!
I hope that we can strengthen employee emotional management training, as well as the principles of treating people and doing things!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new division on Zhonghua road is very big! It has second floors, which is rare for other branches. Miscellaneous goods are sold here in fair price! One can get snacks, utensils, tools and many other items for household supply. As there is parking place in the front, it is very convenient to stop by and go shopping inside. The staff is friendly and willing to help. This 24-hour shop really brings convenience to the resident in the neighborhood.
