Although the prices are higher (which is necessary due to the store size and being open 24 hours a day every day), I've found the service here is always outstanding. You can find almost anything you need here, from stationery to bedding to DIY repair supplies. One particular time, I bought a lot of ten ice creams. The next day I found that the ice cream had been thawed and refreezes and was crystallized. With only a receipt and my "word", I was immediately allowed to swap for new lot, even though I had opened one. This shows that the store stands by its products. In other cases, store staff have spent up to ten minutes helping me find the right product!
