 I have known the manager of Kobayashi Hair Salon for about 30 years. He is serious and dedicated. I can completely trust his craftsmanship for the styling on the top of my head. I don’t have to worry about handing it over to the manager. I introduce foreign friends to Kobayashi. The friends are not familiar with him, but he can also grasp the personality of each female friend who goes there and make the shape they want in their hearts. Everyone completely trusts and is satisfied with Manager Lin.
