When talking to steamed shrimp balls, it’s like no elsewhere could compete here. The shrimps are fresh and bouncy, the outer layer is chewy. I love the combination of the sauce and coriander with the whole shrimp ball. When in Taichung, it’s worth your time to visit here and enjoy the local savory.

Shrimp meat ball 50NT + crab thick soup 60NT really good, but you need to queue up either to eat on the spot or take away.

The steamed shrimp meatballs are covered with a glutinous rice mochi layer, then topped with sweet/savory sauce, garlic sauce, and cilantro! You will find the flavor to be more on the sweet side (but savory, weird I know!) because it has Tainan influence.
