之後一直遲遲等不到旅行社的退費，說是退票人數太多 等了快2個月機票錢才退給我 匯款後告知我要扣手續費而且是已經扣了 旅行社代購機票為的就是要賺錢這我懂，但我覺得你們收任何費用時應先告知才對吧，我們因為疫情關係排的行程被取消就算了，還要被拖2個月退機票錢又多付了1仟多 消費者是羊沒錯
