★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ＊從文心路往東走，過了北屯路稱為
〝東山路〞（與文心路是同一條路），
過了旱溪的橋（倡和橋），右轉直行約
200公尺，在左側即是三甲公園；
而左轉直行即往〝海天橋〞，在中途會
經過〝玫瑰公園〞；
*說它是"公園"覺得稍為不符事事，若是
稱它為"玫瑰亭"還比較適合，因為只是
一細長的區域，沒什麼花，也沒有洗手
間(須繞路走約3~4百公尺到海天橋頭的
土地公廟才有wc)；
*細長的步道，有上下起浮處，走路需小心，
*有小朋友遊樂設施，如滑溜梯、盪鞦韆、
單槓、搖動鐵馬等；
*步道前、後各有一座〝木製亭〞，到海天橋
一帶騎腳踏車，若累了是可以到木亭裡休息、
用餐等。
 *From Wenxin Road to the east, after passing through Beibei Road

夏天蚊子很多 要噴防蚊液噢！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一個狹長型的公園，另外一邊的植栽都有用心修剪，不過在公園內見不到，反倒是從旱溪東路路過時才能看到。
主要是一條長步道，可惜該步道較無樹蔭，反倒是在邊老樹蔭較多。
該公園再往北一些便是造型獨特的海天橋了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風格很特別的一座公園；如果是從旱溪東路經過，倒是不太容易能夠發現這座公園；這座公園就緊鄰海天橋，建議下午時間來這裡散步，黃昏時就可以欣賞海天橋的美景。
公園非常適合散步、健走或是慢跑，最特殊的是兒童遊戲區色彩繽紛，連休息座位都像是蛋糕造型那麼可愛。
