★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 樹林區樹新路、俊英街口的「抗日先烈十三公紀念碑」，是中日甲午戰爭後，清廷割讓臺灣，樹林民眾曾組義軍大敗日軍，後來日軍增援反撲，義軍因眾寡懸殊，戰死13人，鄉民稱為義士，合葬在紀念碑現址，稱為「十三公」，民國34年臺灣光復後，士紳集資建碑，以緬懷先烈抗日情懷。目前紀念碑設在十三公墓園內，民眾在四周搭蓋鐵皮遮風蔽雨，設香案燭臺，常前往上香，成為信仰中心。
Shuxin Road, Junying Street, Shuxin District, Shuxin Road, Junying Street, the "Thirteen Martyrs of the Anti-Japanese Martyrs Monument" was after the Sino-Japanese Sino-Japanese War, the Qing court ceded Taiwan. Thirteen people died in the war. The villagers were called righteous men. They were buried together at the site of the monument, called the "Thirteen Gongs." After Taiwan's recovery in 1949, the gentry raised funds to build a monument in memory of the martyrs' anti-Japanese feelings. At present, the monument is set up in the Thirteenth Cemetery. The people put up iron sheets to shelter from the wind and rain, set up incense holders, and often go to the incense to become the center of faith.
