周圍可停汽車或貨車的汽車位置非常少的一個還算大型的地區郵局。大門前雖然有空間,但是只能停放機車、自行車類的交通工具。不曉得這樣的郵務配置區,能被服務到的人數人次是多還是少。最近難得去了一趟這個郵局。我個人覺得沒有很方便,人沒有很多,寄個掛號卻排隊的有點久。細節不談了,要改善,也難,能否改善可能需委託他們自己內部去討論,不勞我們外人去置喙。個人只是覺得比起其他去過的不同地區郵局,這個是有點慢,應該可以有改善的空間。
A fairly large regional post office with very few parking spaces for cars or trucks. Although there is space in front of the gate, only vehicles such as motorcycles and bicycles can be parked. I don't know if the number of people who can be served in such a postal service configuration area is large or small. I rarely visited this post office recently. I personally think that it is not very convenient, there are not many people, and it is a long time to queue for a registered mail. I won’t talk about the details. It’s difficult to improve. We may need to entrust them to discuss internally. Personally, I just think this is a bit slow compared to other post offices in different areas that I have visited, and there should be room for improvement.

服務態度超差 第一次去辦業務原本說不用帶父母證件帶戶籍謄本就好第二次去又說要 當大家時間很閒可以每天跑郵局 不知道疫情嚴重嗎

本人親帶身分證,竟然要求一定要用印鑑才能申請儲匯業務,之前在其他家郵局辦相同業務就沒有這樣硬性規定,樹林郵局真的是落後

近期有2次到這個郵局辦理寄件, 元旦後郵寄包裹到美國,當時是下午1點10分左右,抽號碼牌,發現無人等候。 郵寄櫃檯一個“暫停受理”另一個櫃檯看到坐著業務承辦員,在窗口前擋著大型郵件紙箱,箱後業務承辦員靜坐不動,似乎在閉目養神,我探看幾次,他才挪開紙箱受理,臉色表情難看。 一聽到寄包裹到美國,立刻遞給一張說明書,告訴我自己看新規定要上網登錄寄件內容。 我向業務承辦人員請問怎麼登錄,他說新規定他也不會。 瞬間,覺得不可置信,郵政業務承辦人員對新政策新規定,不需要在職訓練嗎? 直接擺爛! 而且不敬業,上班時間,拿紙箱擋窗口閉目養神。 還好,靠自己摸索,完成大部分網路登錄作業,再請該業務員問鄰座承辦人細節。 寄一件國際包裹花了一個半小時, 郵局業務主管者和承辦人是不是該檢討專業態度? 再者,我真的想問,如果無法完成網頁登錄(部分要填寫英文),是不是就不受理了? 我明顯感覺到真的是如此! 我有股衝動,想問郵政總局,承辦人都不會的業務,怎麼貿然執行?
I have been to this post office twice recently for mailing. After New Year's Day, the package was mailed to the United States. It was around 1:10 pm. As soon as I heard that the package was sent to the United States, I immediately handed me a manual, telling me to read the new regulations to log in the content of the package online. I asked the business manager how to log in, and he said that he would not be able to do it under the new regulations. In an instant, I felt unbelievable. Do postal service contractors need on-the-job training for new policies and new regulations? Straight to rot! Moreover, he is not dedicated to his work. It took an hour and a half to send an international package, Should post office managers and contractors review their professional attitudes? Furthermore, I really want to ask, if you can't complete the web page login (some need to be filled in English), will it be rejected? I clearly feel it is so! I have the urge to ask the General Post Office, how can I rashly execute a business that no undertaker can handle?
