味噌湯裡面只有蔥花跟一點點點的海菜，不過也才十元而已。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 已吃過好幾次，大多點炒飯類和魚湯。年輕老闆的炒飯很好吃，水準直逼鼎泰豐，不油膩、粒粒分明、份量充足。魚湯鮮甜，魚肉大塊新鮮，個人首推龍膽石斑魚，那個外皮超好吃；加20元改西瓜棉湯，酸甜的湯頭真美味。希望觀光客不要來。

The fried rice from the young boss is delicious, the standard is close to Ding Tai Fung, non-greasy, well-defined, and generous in portion. The fish soup is fresh and sweet, and the fish meat is big and fresh. I personally recommend the gentian grouper. The skin is super delicious; add 20 yuan to change the watermelon cotton soup, the sweet and sour soup is really delicious. I hope that tourists will not come.

The salmon fried rice is a bit oily & doesn't seem to be seasoned. I ordered the side dishes, sausages, tofu, and braised balls. The taste is not satisfactory.

海鱺魚(スギ)の魚スープ...台湾で一般的な海面養殖魚だそうです、美味しい白身魚でした。
龍膽石斑魚...皮側にコラーゲンぷりぷりの部分があり、好き嫌い別れるかも？白身魚です。
魚スープは五種類もあります。
鮭魚炒飯...しっかり焼かれた鮭が細かくほぐされて炒飯に。美味しいパラパラ系炒飯でとても美味しかったです?今度はエビ炒飯も食べてみたいです。
サイドメニューも多く利用しやすいです。
甜不辣は魚の香りがふわっと香ってすごくもちカリで美味しかったです。
地元の人気店で、テイクアウト注文が多いと待ち時間が長い時もあります。ご夫婦でキリキリ営業。
