追蹤雙口呂的部落格已久,非常開心能參加「菜包粿」的課程。從台北市政府轉運站搭乘公車9001便能抵達,非常方便。走進三合院的文化廚房,每個空間都能感受到騰威和佩儀的用心,很是感動。 從台灣米食的歷史、菜脯的種類到這對年輕夫妻開設雙口呂的故事,他們對台灣米食文化的推廣讓人感動。能在台灣傳統的三合院裡聊著他們出國參加料理教室的經驗、一邊動手做粿,真的是很特別的體驗。 值得一提的是他們的部落格以中、英文兩種語言來撰寫,讓外國人也能透過他們的文字了解到台灣的飲食文化及旅遊資訊,當然也能提供英語版本的料理課程,真的是非常值得介紹給外國人來參加呢! 初めて「雙口呂 Siang kháu Lū 文化厨房」のレッスンを参加しました。市政府駅からバス「9001」一本で行けるのでとっても便利でした。料理教室は台湾の伝統建物「三合院」にあるので懐かしい雰囲気で大変気に入りました。 日本と同じ、「米」は台湾の主食です。植民地時代に日本から持ってきたお米を栽培し、今は台湾の主流になってます。この文化教室は「米」をメインとしていろんなレッスンを開催してオーナーの英語も堪能で外国人も参加しやすいです。今後日本語の通訳付きのレッスンも考えていますので良かったらメールで問い合わせてください。 料理だけではなく台湾の米の歴史や「客家」の食文化などもいろいろ教えていただき勉強になりました。台湾の食文化をもっと知りたい人におすすめです。

去年知道雙口呂後就一直很希望能參加課程,甚至還沒公告開課資訊前就忍不住私訊詢問了!上週六帶著期待已久的心情搭車,在順利抵達後,迎來的便是男女主人親切的問候與笑容? 從認識米/介紹粿/節慶/季節/歷史/食材來源等故事開場,接續著甜粿及菜頭粿的手作課程真的很有趣,也了解到背後需要多少地費力活與耐心等待。 手作課程結束,在等待炊甜粿的時間,享用雙口呂準備的菜頭粿與發粿真的好滿足❤️好好吃? 之後有時間一定會再報名其他課程!
