There is a green tunnel in front of you, so there is a lot of traffic. The park itself is not that big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus 99 goes here. Most tourists go to the Si Cao (四草)boat rides, there is also a big temple & tiny park behind it, whale museum, and food hall. I didn't take any pictures of the Riverside Park, because there is nothing scenic, just some tables & benches, people leaving trash everywhere, despite many trash cans. A 15 minute walk will cover most of the area. One can go up close to the mangrove, which have informative plaques.
