今天在回顧一下買了乾麵和酸辣湯，麵白白的沒什麼味道，湯只有酸鹹，沒有辣不好吃。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛吃完熊貓點的牛肉麵疙瘩，2個字：驚艷 這價位能吃到 肉，湯，麵 3方有此水準的 真是太難得了！首先牛肉部份 能吃到牛肉新鮮的甘甜與口感。不是那種滷到整個爛爛吃起來一點味道都沒有或是肉都是滷汁味 沒一點新鮮牛肉該有的口感與味道 ！！湯頭部份濃郁又不失清淡，雖然感覺有比較油 但應該是骨熬出油，喝起來很有牛味 好喝讚 麵疙瘩部份軟Q彈牙很有口感 份量對我來說是剛好，食量大的可加量 整體來說 最難得的是肉的部份 我給95分 另外我不吃酸菜 所以我沒加酸菜 老闆給您10個讚 願您繼續保持 對食材的用心

牛肉麵湯頭水感重偏淡，
