In the era of Japanese occupation, Chaozhou Town only had "Chaozhou Public School" (the predecessor of Chaozhou Elementary School) and "Chaozhou Elementary School" (the predecessor of Guanghua Elementary School), while "Chaozhou Elementary School" was only available to Japanese children and Taiwanese children with prestigious power. Reading (because Taiwanese children want to donate money to readers), so the children of Taiwan who want to study can only go to the Chaozhou Public School.
The Sichunli area and the Xunzili area (now Chaonan Nanguo Primary School) are far away from the "Chaozhou Public School" and the transportation time is too long. Therefore, local people have tried to add "Chaozhou Public School Silin Campus" in the Xunzi and Sichun communities. (currently called the branch school) to facilitate local children to attend school, saving time for transportation, but was opposed by local residents in the scorpion. Because according to the regulations of the sub-districts at that time, the local residents of the school must cooperate with the government's two conditions: one is to cooperate with the donation of land for use; the other is that the local residents should provide two places as classrooms and offices (current office), scorpions Residents are unable to cope with these two conditions, so the plan to set up a "disciplinary school" in the scorpion is announced.
At that time, Mr. Chen Qiu was a local gentry at the time of the four squats (now in the four springs). He served as the "Bazheng" (now the lieutenant) and the senator (the representative of the townspeople). He was very influential in the locality. His son, Mr. Chen Chaohai, was Tainan teacher graduates, who were teaching primary schools in Wuhu at that time, enthusiastically promoted the revitalization of education and actively strived to set up a teaching center at the site of the “Chaolai Gas Station” in Sichun. The school district expanded to Lundong, Dong'an Xinzhuang and Linhou (now Yulin Li) and the four blocks (now in the four springs); voluntary donation to cooperate with the government's two sub-fields, "Chaozhou Branch" set the final decision.
After the residents of Lundong opposed the establishment of the teaching field in Sichun, the location of the branch was changed to Linhou Farm (now the location of Silin Country), and finally the land was donated by the Sugar Society (now Taiwan Sugar) and the cooperation was finally completed. The final decision was made on the site of the "Silin Branch" at the No. 1 Kailin Road, Lane 2, Kaiyuan Road, Linlin. Mr. Wang Chuntian, the first director of the teaching center who graduated from Tainan Normal University, has a four-year term (from April 1st to the 24th year of the Republic of China).
The second director of the teaching field was Mr. Honda (name unknown). Because of his frequent drinking, he was transferred from office only for one year (term until March 31, 25).
On April 1st, the Republic of China, the "Silin Branch Teaching Center" was established independently as the "Silin Public School". After the independence, the first principal was the Japanese Mr. Yamamoto Yuki, who served in the Republic of China in April 25th. From the 31st of the Republic of China to the Republic of China (in the 30th year of the Republic of China, the Silin Public School was renamed the "Silin National School"); the second principal after the independent establishment of the school was also the Japanese Mr. Goto 3,000, and the term of office to the Republic of China November, thirty-four.
After Taiwan’s recovery, the Japanese left Taiwan and the president of Huang Jiashan, who lived in Wanxiang Township, took over as the third president of the Silin National School.
