★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor English, very slow service and very poorly coordinated services. Room service promised at 7pm, forgot at 8 pm and delivered cold at 9pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy and comfy room. Suite is massive with one Bedroom and One living room separated into independent area. There is a super big bathtub that can perfectly fit two people.
Check-in and check out process were smooth and fast.
It was my second visit, and still I will recommend to everyone if you ever visit Tainan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay was a few years ago. The service was great, the lounge on a high floor was great. The location was great, next to a huge shopping center to get whatever you may need. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Tainan.
Also, Tainan has many farms and fresh food; much better than in the north.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok room, but the fact that the toilet didn't have a door is a huge minus. The sliding walls are just awkward to close and open. No working space, which is unusual. Very bouncy mattress, which isn't ideal when two people are sharing a bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the bar on the 4th floor. It has a very beautiful location on the roof top with indoor and outdoor seating by the swimming pool. Great selection of drinks and food. The food service was very slow but the taste was good. Recommend to book a table in advance. Must try the 36 shots set.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check-in took quite a long time even though there weren’t a lot of people ahead of me. The service was friendly and the room was sizable but the interiors felt a bit old and the tv was tiny! Also the materials used for the interiors felt a little cheap compared to the other hotels in this hotel group which was surprising. I think for the price of this place, there are lots of cute bed and breakfasts in Tainan that would be a much better option.
