我想,這是對於消費者是基本的尊重,是吧?
我雖然不是像貴公司其他客戶購買十幾二十萬的 產品,我也不是不能體諒因為疫情影響而導至延後狀況,但至少,在等候期間未收到主動通知將延遲交貨而要我一直詢問,至少當下給我的感覺是難到錢已到手就可以先不通知了?
再來,關於售後服務這件事,我也表示我記憶中服務人員有承諾,但我沒多看保卡,既然保卡沒寫,我也不多要求什麼,但我建議要光臨貴公司的客戶,之後要把保卡寫清楚看清楚才是!
在貴公司回覆 時,也許可以先看一下時間關係,到底是我發表評論您們才再後續處理,還是我已拒絕再讓貴公司為我服務後,我才再發表評論?
google評論是一個開放個人發表對消費過的店家個人體驗感受的部份,我很遺憾得到貴公司對於消費者體驗評論的不尊重與不理解,如果對於自身的感受及當下發生的狀況都會被企業表示 ,那要google評論幹嘛?人人都得五顆星滿分就好啦~

之後還有回去請裡面的小姐換耳環
態度超好 完全沒有不耐煩
