★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我連一星都不想給，結個帳還要等10分多鐘，結蝦皮的帳還要一個人花五分鐘，在巔峰時刻派一個人在外面顧櫃檯有事嗎？要搞店到店也把基本結帳做好吧，明明也有員工也不出來幫忙，是在？而且貨架連排號都沒有，亂排一通，是要找到民國幾年，效率慢也沒應變能力，沒本事做到兩樣合在一起不用這樣子搞客人吧?
 I don't even want to give one star. It takes more than 10 minutes to settle the bill, and it takes five minutes for one person to settle the bill for shrimp skin. Is there anything wrong with sending someone outside to look after the counter at the peak? If you want to do store-to-store, you should also do the basic checkout, even if there are employees who will not come out to help, is that right? And the shelves don't even have a row number, and they are arranged in a random order. They have to find a few years in the Republic of China. They are slow in efficiency and have no ability to respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天傍晚結帳時人很多，由於動線不佳，所以客人們自動只排了一排（很長的一排，隊伍裡許多人都拿明顯拿著要結帳的商品），店員在處理了一件取貨後主動問站在“結帳櫃台前的一位小姐”結帳嗎？”然後就進行結帳。體貼店家出入動線而排在長長隊伍裡的客人瞬間……。
這是表示“客人不需要自作多情體貼店家，應該照店家規劃的動線直接就排隊擋住出入口”的意思嗎？
設計“結帳櫃台”及“取貨櫃台”分開的兩條動線原應是為了方便人流，但，出入口原本狹窄，結帳那道在有2人排隊時就已會擋到進店的客戶。所以在人多時經常會有客人們很體貼的自發性的都排到取貨那一道（以免與新進入及挑選蔬菜的客人碰撞），然後依序結帳或取貨。這種情形下，櫃台員工應分責清楚（不宜出現兩人都去處理取貨的情形），也需要向逕行到結帳櫃台前的客人委婉說明請其排隊（尤其已經明顯很長一排，多位客人手上都“明顯”有等著結帳的商品），以免造成有客人“不小心”插隊而一片譁然的情況。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本有蝦皮店到店的服務，後來南港店開始後就沒有了，且員工找貨物的速度待加強。個人認為分類沒有做好，各式數字都隨意擺，小東西放一起，大東西往後堆，造成不便。
