2.鳥仔餅，延續三代的特色，保留手工製作的方式，是嘉義的一項特色伴手禮。
3.關於鳥仔餅的起源，據在地人表示，在早期的台灣社會裡，每當慶祝神明生日的地方節慶時，免不了要準備牲禮，但貧苦人家或是素食的人不見得能準備豐厚的葷食，於是明祥餅舖創辦人製作了形體看似鳥型的素食鳥仔餅。

Regarding the origin of bird cakes, according to local people, in the early Taiwanese society, whenever a local festival celebrating the birthday of the gods was unavoidable, it was inevitable to prepare animal sacrifices, but poor people or vegetarians may not be able to prepare Rich meat food, so the founder of Mingxiang Cake Shop made vegetarian bird cakes that looked like birds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥仔餅的口感比較濕潤。但相對的吃起來會比較油一點。整體來說還不錯吃。
加買的的肉餅倒是覺得驚艷。內餡炒得很香，一切開就聞得到味道。而且調味明顯，豆沙的甜和肉餡的鹹搭配的相得益彰。
The taste of the bird cake is relatively moist. But it will taste a little oilier. Overall it is good.
The extra meatloaf is amazing. The filling is very fragrant, and you can smell everything when you open it. And the seasoning is obvious, the sweetness of the red bean paste and the saltiness of the meat complement each other.
