辦事處的人員都很專業也很親切，當然兩國之間的一些流程或其他東西上不是完全一樣，有些東西無法協助認證，但也會告訴民眾其它辦法可以試試（多虧他們經驗豐富）?

還說我們台灣因為某些歷史因素才放寬僑民護照..把啦把啦！2個接電話的人員態度都是流利又字正腔圓中文冷嘲熱諷我們的提問...所以 我們不能有問題就是了？
