★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行員的素質越來越差了,行員的應對真的有如其他人的評論一樣有待加強,專業度和服務度皆不足,好像千錯萬錯都是顧客的錯,提供專業的提醒有那麼困難嗎?如果顧客應該什麼都知道,那還要你們做什麼?分行經理或主管到底知不知道第一線行員的應對能力不足呢?
The quality of the staff is getting worse and worse. The response of the staff really needs to be strengthened like other people's comments. The professionalism and service are not enough. It seems that all the mistakes are the fault of the customer. Is it so difficult to provide professional reminders? ? If customers should know everything, what else should you do? Do branch managers or supervisors know that the frontline staff's coping ability is insufficient?

上次去辦交易,旁邊的人一直說我要刷卡繳稅,行員說我們沒辦法刷卡還被罵了一頓,說我拿的是你們世界卡(很厲害的卡片嗎?不懂沒有申請)然後又要查詢太太的代扣繳有哪些,不是本人行員不給查,一直鬼打牆說我有他的證件跟印章,那邊發神經,笑死,刷卡繳費跟查資料就一直鬼打牆的重複
一個看起來正常的人怎麼有辦法這麼丟臉

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週一早上人有點多,大約等待10幾分鐘 辦理匯款業務,免填單 但需要存摺密碼(太久沒用到,結果忘了),試了10幾次才成功,過程中,服務人員還是很有耐心的等待及安撫我的情緒,態度十分親切良好,值得讚許
There were a lot of people on Monday morning, and I waited about 10 minutes for the remittance business. I didn’t need to fill in the form but I needed a passbook password (I didn’t use it for too long, and I forgot it). Waiting patiently and soothing my emotions, the attitude is very kind and good, worthy of praise
