之前的夢幻亞洲金融中心，就在這附近，中正民族路口為中心。捷運信義站就在中心點。
辦公大樓林立，銀行郵局集中在附近，餐廳到處都是，公車站也多。
未來捷運黃線，也會在民族中正路口跟捷運橘線轉接。
