★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 預約領取試用，在預約時就已經要先選好領取櫃點了，結果選了此櫃點去領取卻被櫃姐告知已經沒有東西，然後叫我去別的櫃點問看看？如果他櫃可以領取那當初何須還要選擇領取櫃點？（感覺這個櫃姐也不太曉得公司的活動）
然後給別人選擇領取櫃點不就是代表每個櫃點應該備有的額度嗎？沒有額度就會寫兌換完畢，那在系統還能點選的情況下應該就是還有可以額度可以領取吧？有點給人白跑一趟被騙的感覺。
 I made an appointment to receive a trial. I had to select the pick-up counter when making an appointment. As a result, I chose this counter to pick it up, but the counter lady told me that there was no more stuff, and then asked me to go to another counter to check? If he can get the locker, why should he choose the locker point in the first place? (I feel that the counter lady doesn't know much about the company's activities)
And then giving others the choice to receive counter points, doesn't it mean that each counter point should have a quota? If there is no quota, the redemption will be completed. If the system can still click, there should be a quota that can be claimed, right? It gives the feeling of being deceived a little for nothing.
