2、寄送後客服：詢問進度不回，打電話去詢問只回“就等”或者“不然理賠？”；
3、最後的結果：包裹丟失理賠“運費”兩倍。

1. Ask before sending: keep saying that the goods can be cleared through customs;
2. Customer service after delivery: the inquiries about the progress will not be returned. If you call to inquire, you will only reply "Wait" or "Otherwise make a claim?";
3. The final result: the "freight fee" for the loss of the package is doubled.
