昨天晚上，我的車子停在停車格子，被別人倒車的時候撞了一下，之後報警處理，我也很擔心車子，雖然外觀上我自己看不出來有沒有問題，我就拍個照片傳給黃俊凱先生我的業務幫我確認。
業務立刻打電話過來關心，也告知我報警後的後續處理方式跟流程，讓我當下感到非常安心。
再一次感謝原莊Skoda的服務，特別感謝黃俊凱先生對於客戶後續的關心是這麼真實的。

 I highly recommend Yuanzhuang Skoda, and I really appreciate the service and caring of the sales staff.
Last night, my car was parked in the parking grid and was hit by someone when it was reversed. After that, I called the police to deal with it. I was also very worried about the car. Although I couldn't see if there was any problem from the appearance, I took a photo and sent it to Huang Junkai. Sir my business help me to confirm.
The business immediately called and cared about it, and also informed me about the follow-up processing methods and procedures after calling the police, which made me feel very at ease at the moment.
