The owner or staff (sorry, unsure) was really nice. He came over and talked to us, offered some info brochures about Jioufen. The rose tea was lovely and the creamy butter pastry was delicious!
The place can use some Reno, but the view was worth every NT here.
Please don’t complain about the price if you’re paying a subpar quality tea some other place in the world for the same price on a daily.

1/5 Food. Really really bad...
We had the fried vegetable noodles and chicken noodle soup. The vegetable noodle had a piece of hair in it and the noodles were over stale and overcooked. As for the chicken noodle soup it tasted very bland. We only took a few bites and left. Even their cups of water had questionable items in it.
