昨日來這邊按摩和他們預約兩位1299頭部體驗方案
根據朋友口述他的按摩師非常良好頭部按摩也非常的舒服到位
但我就沒有那麼幸運了被分配到的按摩師 手法只能說實在是沒什麼技術 還是是因為體驗所以隨便安排了一個按摩師給我?
1.講解課程時說頭部按摩的時間約1鐘頭 但我個人因上廁所 所以有晚個5-10分鐘才開始我的療程但卻是和朋友同個時間結束的甚至可能更早結束 (因為我換完衣服時朋友才詢問我好了沒他才剛按完準備要換衣服)
2.躺下來時可能說因為我延遲了幾分鐘才進去按摩師不知道在急什麼力道是有大力但卻沒有按到深層 感覺像是在抓蒼蠅 (原以為他們的職業訓練都是這樣教的 但結束後 我用我認知的手法問朋友 朋友說他的按摩師的手法是像我說的一樣的 完全沒有問題)
3.使用完他們的精油後 我有和我的按摩師反應 我的胸口覺得有點癢 詢問是否能和他們借淋浴間沖洗身體 按摩師回我他拿毛巾給我擦拭不能使用淋浴間(我本身1個月最少會去固定的按摩店按2次油壓從沒遇過精油會讓我癢的問題)他們這樣的回應讓我並不是那麼的舒服 感覺不把消費者的身體狀況放在眼裡 原以為是樓下有客人在等待 但樓下卻一個客人都沒有 壓毁了我最後一根稻草
4.按摩完在使用甜品時 按摩師就來推銷了 因這次的體驗讓我非常的不舒服也和推銷的人明確的表達沒關係不需要但按摩師卻不死心推銷了兩次和我們說這邊還有其他的療程
最後想給你們個建議你們需要會看客人的臉色 如果客人因對你們的精油不適應 也反應應該要顧及客人的感受 這件事可大可小如果我今天是整個被按的部位都過敏 後果是會很嚴重的 可能你不缺我們這兩位客人 但你們都已經讓客人不舒服 客人就不會再給你們下次的機會了 相對的如果你們是消費者也不會再給使你不舒服的店家機會吧
