Le chuck de boeuf était excellent avec sa sauce au poivre ! What a nice surprise to find this restaurant for our last dinner in Kaohsiung, excellent smoked meat. The beef chuck was excellent with its pepper sauce!

I placed an order for a 2KG rack of smoked beef ribs and it came today, fully wrapped and perfectly cooked. All the juices were preserved, the meat was well rested and ready to eat. I prepared some brown rice to really taste the meat and I was REALLY pleased with the final results! Huge Thank You and Kudos to the chef and owner 陳偉鈞！！ Next time I’ll be going for the brisket, looking forward to my next experience ☺️??
