對這個品牌的服飾一直以來都是留著好的印象，不論是品質及服務都深得我心；但今天實在太令人傻眼，結帳過了半小時後，突然接到電話通知，要我回去退貨，因為服務人員把顧客下訂的衣服賣給我們。
衣服在出售前你們銷售人員用盡話術，把尺寸翻了一遍，就是要我們試穿，等我們真的喜歡下手買了，錢也付了，才又叫我們回去退貨，一句抱歉也沒有！佩服～

I have always had a good impression of this brand of clothing, both in terms of quality and service; but today it was so dumbfounding. Go back and return it because the service staff sold us the clothes the customer ordered.
Before the clothes were sold, your salespersons exhausted their words and turned over the size, just asking us to try them on. When we really liked to buy them and paid for them, they asked us to go back and return them. No apologies! admire~
