I heard about the national annuity information on my way to work. I participated in the National Elderly Welfare Organizations Meeting in Pingtung and wanted to help my family complete the relevant procedures. On the afternoon of the 12th, I went to the Social Affairs Office to handle the National Pension Office. I was close to work, and the friendly service of Miss Chen’s attitude left me with a deep and warm feeling. In this way, we express our gratitude and encourage Ms. Chen's service quality to be more willing to bless the officers of the Social Affairs Department.

後來才發現打去的時候剛好是中午休息的時間，實在很不好意思。
After receiving the notice sent, I called directly to inquire. The gentleman who answered the phone spoke very quietly, and he answered my questions patiently.
Later, I found out that it happened to be a break at noon when I was calling, so I was really embarrassed.
