很感謝妳最後願意提供我吹風機還協助我吹乾，
但是熱敷膏遇到熱風就會變得非常燙！我當下有跟妳說很燙，不需要吹了，衣服依舊很濕我也認了，只想快點離開
熱敷這種服務，一種是可以提供顧客換上美容衣
另一種有加熱式的熱敷墊，怎麼會是直接把濕毛巾塞在客人衣服領口呢？
這已經不是道歉、送上小卡夾贈品和協助吸收停車費的問題了，大家的時間都是很寶貴的，彼此尊重很重要！停車費我自己出就可以了，評價我不會更改和刪除，畢竟當初我也是看google評價不錯才選擇這裡，我也只是把我的實際經歷評論上來。

預約十二點，訊息預約當時就有告知需要預約車位。
當天11/59分才開鐵門，然後告知我因為我沒有前一天預約車位所以沒留到車位，我只好去停附近停車場，雖然店家有說要幫我付停車費，但已經讓我的感受很差。
12：10進店採耳師請我在沙發稍坐，她一直在用手機。
等到12：20分，我詢問請問現在是在等什麼？
採耳師眼睛一樣看著手機沒看我，只回我：不好意思喔！
我說我們是預約十二點耶！
過一兩分鐘她才去清潔準備用具
等到真的開始操作時已經12：30了
採耳師和我說明我們今天課程是兩小時，結束大概會是兩點半
我回答：我知道我們課程是兩個小時，所以我約中午十二點，原本預計兩點結束！我三點還有事，不然我兩點十分可以先結束沒關係
後來採耳師說不好意思因為今天有事一直在用手機處理所以耽誤到我的時間，並且給我三個選擇
1. 一樣兩點結束，但流程會幫我做完
2. 兩點結束，改天來補做剩下的課程
3. 兩點半結束
最後補了一句：這三個選項都對妳沒有損失喔
聽到這一句話覺得她是不是搞錯重點？什麼是沒有損失？今天如果準時開始就不需要讓客人選擇了吧！
接著跟我說今天是和醫美合作的活動，她的店一毛錢都沒有收，錢都是醫美收的，他們會合作是想要推廣自己的店。
不太明白她和我說這是什麼意思？要合作也是你們自己決定的互惠，為什麼要和消費者吸收你們的抱怨和負荷不來。
最後讓我不解的是
肩頸按摩完後用熱敷膏再敷上熱毛巾，直接塞進我衣服的領口內！等敷完我的領口全濕了！！
怎麼會是這種操作？
總結就是一個很雷超雷的體驗

採耳中是蠻舒服的，整體大約有95分以上
其中比較不喜歡的是洗眼，真的有點癢
唯一美中不足的地方是會因為外面那一條馬路車流量大，所以會有點吵
