很糟的用餐體驗。 之前在北車樓上吃過,覺得不錯於是想說本家應該也很讚,結果近四千元的消費真的很失望。 一開始上的豆腐咬下去根本是冰的沒有煮熟,感覺店員對自己家的東西沒有很熟悉,問龍蝦頭是不是要煮粥用的回我說我是新人我不知道,一千六百多的龍蝦鍋給了一副龍蝦工具也沒有講怎麼用,怎麼吃,有沒有特殊的沾醬吃法等等都沒有⋯很像在平價小火鍋店點一份龍蝦的體驗。 後續煮雜炊也是講第一次說會來用,等了十幾分鐘都不見人再講一次才來,可見員工訓練根本有問題。 煮雜炊的人也不知道哪一鍋是有海膽哪一鍋沒有,鍋裡面的蝦黃直接撈掉(傻眼,就是為了粥留著的)。 甜點上來蛋糕根本冰的完全沒退冰,咬下去牙齒會痠軟那種,真的不知道要說什麼了。 這種價位服務卻是這麼的糟糕,奉勸各位不要來受氣,花錢受罪。 附上照片表示真的有來不是來洗評論的

大部分的服務人員都很親切 不過其中一位服務人員在詢問客人是否敢生食蛋清時 語調太快我們聽不清楚 這部分無妨,就我們再次詢問該服務人員 該服務人員表情略顯不耐且一樣快速的再次詢問 若該服務人員語調放慢一些就很棒了~ 其他服務人員在帶客時 會提醒老人家注意腳步 整體服務品質是非常良好的 也希望大家體恤服務人員的辛勞 同樣都是和牛也是有分等級 照片中和牛色澤較粉的口感很好 入口軟嫩鮮滑, 吃得到牛油花的的淡淡香氣 顏色較為深色的和牛 油花所也平均分佈 但入口的細緻與軟嫩度雖不讓人失望 就我們以為兩種和牛是同一個等級 紅色那一盤吃了一片 再吃粉色和牛 朋友鬼叫:「妳的伊比利豬怎麼那麼嫩!好好吃喔!」 我解釋:「我這也是和牛」 我再涮了紅色後涮粉色來吃 口感是有差別的 但不會到像吃外面火鍋霜降牛肉那麼誇張 兩個人吃了三千多 有吃飽,肉的重量應該落在150克左右 所以對於和牛來說 吃完會想要再多吃幾片 其他專賣和牛的火鍋店也可以取代 就那個鰹魚我吃不慣…有點太硬 然後我看到其他客人把和牛整個涮到全熟 我心就好痛呀…. 和牛下鍋只需要涮3-5秒 肉質呈現粉紅色在嚐 口感最棒了 給各位參考看看

這個價位這樣的用餐品質真的不太行… 公司聚餐人數較多,我們都事先點好餐還固定坐位了,就是方便送餐,結果還送錯餐,還不只一個人送錯,真的是不太行,用餐也都沒介紹,沾醬是什麼也都不知道,一個人要1500 這樣的用餐體驗真的不及格… 不推 去吃台北火車站樓上的黑毛屋服務好多了,親切又熱情,價格還便宜多了

好吃啦,但價位似乎cp值真的滿低的 商業午餐來,其實晚餐價格差不多,貴一點但份量也多一些。 壽喜燒 特選和牛+伊比利豬$1450 : 特選和牛是粉紅色的肉,油花均勻非常嫩,非常好吃! 伊比利豬也好吃,七分熟也有很重的肉香,但跟和牛比有很大落差,但份量比例差不多,還是推薦和牛。 水坎鍋$780(商業午餐)(晚餐1480有多海鮮的樣子 : 其實我很喜歡,這鍋商業午餐cp值很高!很好的湯底,雞肉也很嫩,搭配調味醬也超棒,單點烏龍麵會一碗一碗喝光嗑光,很讚! 商業午餐單點海鮮盤$480 : 非常新鮮,所有的料都新鮮,我覺得很值得點 仲夏之夜調酒$180 : 很好喝的調酒,不死甜,有水果帶出來的甜味,酒精味也剛好,不會太淡,搭配堪稱完美? 另外菜盤的山藥我覺得超級好吃! 付的白飯是日本米,很好吃,我竟然嗑完了? 整體我覺得是好吃的,但cp值太低了,建議如果是商業午餐,可以一鍋和牛任選,另一鍋水坎鍋喝湯跟菜,這要搭配價格還行,兩個人中午吃三千多很飽很撐
