★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 經過幾次都客滿，今天11點出頭終於店內有位，內用位置不多，可端到美食街中間區用餐。小菜還Ok，米飯普通，牛肉雪濃湯定食338元，起初的湯頭感覺香濃醇，幾口後覺得好鹹；肉也黏在一起，肉質過熟偏硬，精燉人蔘雞定食318元，有明顯的人蔘苦味，雞肉也嫩好入口，但一樣喝幾口後，覺得太鹹，適合很重口味的食客。

相比起來，牛肉雪濃湯的肉全部口感都很一致，沒有這樣的問題。
