Yes they apply a preferential price after midnight for the locals, but it kind of makes sense on a marketing point of view. So I don't feel offended as a foreigner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my oppinoin foreigner with 600 NT not worth. The facility acceptable but not as good as the price paid. Down to the basement is a bathroom with a drink. Going down to the other floor is a dark room. The corridor is not a maze. Is an interesting experience, just one time enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was AWESOME!!! Two other places charged $350NT and here charged $500NT and it is worth every cent more!!! SUPER CLEAN and extremely helpful staff to us English only speaking tourists! Really cool hot and cold tubs with beautiful steam room and dry sauna all inside the shower area!! Wish we found this place at the beginning of our trip and not the end!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impression of a visitor from Berlin: I went on a Saturday evening, the place was packed with hot local guys and I had a lot of fun. Much better than the sauna in Berlin! (Free drinks, 2 towels, 2 hot tubs, cute, hot and young guys, everybody is super friendly, they even offer free tooth brushes and paste!!)
Tip: come early, most people left around 9pm.
Local people get a discount for happy hour (around 6-7pm) so you better be there when they all come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than double the entry fee for foreigners, even those with residency card. Giving a discount to locals could be fine but having lived and paid taxes in Taipei for many years I find this kind of discrimination offensive.
The facilities are quite reasonable, and the place has many young guys, but because of the price I am unlikely to ever come back.
I wonder how many foreign customers this place has lost due to their pricing policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs were friendly specifically the ones in the reception. 6pm to 10pm is the peak hour and recommendedable visit hour for everyone who likes action. There are lots of good looking guys and some oldies. The only down i think about this place is you have to be buff or at least has a tone body cause if not you're just gonna seat aside and no one will care about you.
