The Song Bai Lun Trail is a small trail next to the Peacock Garden. The route is not long but the slope is undulating. There are two entrances to the trail, which are very close. If you are driving, you can park at the parking lot of the Peacock Garden, or at the Back Mountain Park of Wenwu Temple, and then walk across the road to reach the entrance. After entering the trail, you will arrive at the bronze statue of Jiang Gong, and then start walking along the trail. Going downhill along the cement road, there are pavilions along the way to rest, and the last 100 meters of the end is a wooden plank road. In case of rain or heavy humidity, the wooden plank road is very slippery and difficult to walk. It is recommended not to take risks when it is wet. There are refurbished fences along the trails, and there may be fewer people walking, and the pavilion looks like it has not been used for a while.

Songbo Lun used to be the route for the Thao ancestors to land to and from the Puli Society to "collect the rent", and it was also an important place for the ancestors of their Yuan surname leaders to worship. When Sun Moon Lake is not filled with water, it is an important ancient road for carrying salt, and there is a sculpture image of a porter at the side of the trail. The entrance of the trail is located between the Wenwu Temple and the Peacock Garden. From the winding jungle path to the observation deck, you can fully appreciate the native vegetation, insect and bird ecology, floating fields and fishing boats by the pool.
