位松河橋松山橋間圳溝邊西岸,原舊址港仔溝口基隆河岸,俗稱草店尾土地公廟,為錫口頂街頭最古老的福德廟。草創建於康熙29年（1690年）在數十年前因河岸整治築至現址 。另一說為清乾隆19年（1753）。
1690 Founded the main sacrifice of land (Caodianwei land)
The Songhe Bridge Songshan Bridge is located on the west bank of the Zhengou River. The original site is the bank of the Keelung River on the former site of Gangzai Goukou. Grass was created in the 29th year of Kangxi (1690). The other is the Qing Emperor Qianlong 19 years (1753).
