第一次來是光顧,買團購卷來染頭髮,如期的在約好時間到,店內坐2個人在用頭髮,只有一位女設計師,她要我等一下,我就坐在那邊乾等,等她弄那2位客人,看到她非常有細心的跟客人講那顆頭髮要怎麼照顧,還很熱情的要客人加她的line日後好預約等等,再忙另一個客人,我乾坐等了半個多小時,終於輪到我,設計師和我溝通染髮顏色,怎麼感覺她有點冷 ?,跟她幫其他客人的熱情完全不一樣,才幫我開始要上染劑又進來一個約好的客人,我的頭髮只是染一個很普通的顏色,染劑停留了一個多小時,染髮第一次染劑停在上面那麼久,我就看她一樣很熱心的幫那位客人服務,完全搞好那位客人才來幫我把染劑洗掉,後續的過程都很普普完全跟他服務其他客人的熱心完全天嚷之別,原來她只注重現場預約的客人,像我們買團購卷的,她態度超隨便的,如果你們覺得po團購賣的價格不夠成本,可以不要po上去,沒必要兩種待遇,生意不是這樣做的,放長線釣大魚都不懂,第一次用團購卷來的,設計師服務好,是不是會後續再來找設計師,生意可以做長久的,像這樣的經驗,我不會再來了。到處都有髮廊,到處都有設計師,不需要被你用大小眼方式服務。
