爛品管,一用就是壞的東西也敢拿出來賣 爛客服,說自己負責去送收維修是顧客的權益 爛售後服務,連液晶電視都叫你自己送去維修 這種三爛廠牌,要買SONY 東西要,小心只有賣東西的時候親切。

店員很有耐心,也很專業,也沒有像底下評論的那樣,雖然也有可能只是運氣好遇到比較好的店員也說不定(? 但不論如何還是期許未來能夠繼續維持這樣的服務態度

服務品質很粗糙。強烈建議跳過三創這家 SONY,員工態度消極不友善,展品維護跟陳列有待加強。 --- 今天繞過活動的人潮,問耳機正前方的店員能不能試聽 WF-1000XM4 ,店員愛理不理最後直接說, 「耳型要適合試聽才有用啊,沒有你適合你這種耳型的,我看 300 多人了」(拿出耳機本體,耳塞破損髒污程度就是三百多人用過的樣子)在此之前到直營店試聽耳機的經驗,包含 WF-1000XM4 ,體驗上並沒有店員描述的耳型問題。對比當下店前面 Xperia 活動的盛況,得到不明究理的又很不專業回答蠻震驚的。此外相機跟鏡頭的陳列很凌亂,比起展示更像置物空間。 下次我會選擇體驗產品到購買都能獲得專業回應的直營店,就算這裡辦活動,我也不會選擇三創 SONY!

看了一下其他評論很多說店員冷淡,不知道是不是因為這樣所以才要求店員來纏著進門看手機的客戶一直想要解釋怎麼操作,沒繼續理會還就直接站在旁邊一直盯著....時不時打斷客人體驗? 我只是來專賣店看看接下來換機哪支更適合我,但實在已經是Sony老用戶,只想自己端詳,體驗與舊機的落差.....並不是所有人都希望店員像衛兵一樣守在旁邊的好嗎?覺得壓力山大,好像我會把手機弄壞一樣(?)..... 反而以前店員都遠遠看著,需要時過去詢問也會細心解釋這樣我更喜歡...... 不過我當場說了想自己看看,店員就沒再繼續粘著.....才能好好看看手機....(覺得感謝放過我 本來覺得生氣想給兩顆星,多一個是為了後來看完覺得新機確實很棒........Pro I 的對焦更是優質~ 希望以後店員不要再這樣瞎纏人了~~~~至少也可以先問一下需不需要介紹~
