2個禮拜前，購買了耳機，但是電池無法正常蓄電，送回門市，門市人員說需要送回原廠檢測，檢測完成後會換全新的，但卻使用原本的舊盒給我，讓我覺得感覺像維修後還回來，而非換新的，感受非常差
看到業主的回覆，並沒有感覺舒服，一切都非常的官方字語，也沒有解決我的困擾，我並不想把期許寄托在你們下一次是否會改進......
 I've always enjoyed using Sony's headphones, but I won't be buying them again
2 weeks ago, I purchased the earphones, but the battery could not store electricity properly, and sent them back to the store. The store staff said that they need to be sent back to the original factory for testing. After the testing is completed, they will be replaced with new ones, but they are given to me in the original old box, which makes me feel Feels like it's coming back after a repair, not a new one, which feels very bad
