★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同樣的充電頭產品,維修站說看起來像正品、經銷商說看起來像仿冒品;我完全看不出sony的專業在哪裡,特別當那個產品上面的印刷字跟經銷商的確定原廠版本完全不同時,請恕我難以想像維修人員所謂的“看”起來像是像在哪裡。
不是我故意去請他們協助超出維修人員職責的事情,是客服信也請我去找維修中心,結果維修中心也無能為力。
這樣一來,正品跟仿品,連公司自己都無力區分,那麼SONY MOBILE的商標是不是乾脆撤銷好了?反正SONY也無力維權,連到法院證明其是否為仿品的能力都沒有,明顯也不需要商標制度的保護了,反正連爭議產品都無法證偽,也就沒有本於商標權有所主張的能力,與商標制度保護消費者對品牌信賴的本意有違,代表SONY MOBILE不需要商標保護了。
