★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sony store in Taipei 101 really isn't very good unless you're just going to look at a few select Sony products in person. Basically I noticed that most of the staff use iPhones and know very little about the Sony phones they're selling. Despite 101 being a destination for pretty much every international traveler, most of the staff don't speak any English or Japanese. Furthermore, when asked about some specific products, the store usually doesn't have them and either cannot or will not order them. So. Yeah. Not a total loss because they do have a few products and often have demos, but between the bad selection and minimal customer service, I don't think it's especially worth while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit disappointed they hardly had any products in there. No accessories for the phones they are selling except for cables and powerbanks. They are also not very helpful. Asked which store would be best to visit and they had no answer. Would be nice if they could have referred me to a bigger or more well-stocked store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and light shopping floor. Not too many items on display. No help from employees (maybe they were busy). Very excited to see Sony Store since they all gone in North America. The price is pretty high, however the quality is pretty good. Parking and public restrooms available at the same building (Taipei 101).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me tell you frankly! I got an awesome repair service! The most amazing part is that the agents are just awesome, kind and helpful and I have to say extremely intelligent. I have been in a many a Sony stores throughout the world but this one is one of the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only has half the range of available cameras on display, under staffed and no real camera experts there to explain the finer details of setting up functions from the complex camera menus. Prices slightly higher than Singapore and as a tourist can claim back less tax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some people in the store did not spoke fluent English, but they were willing to help me despite that. There was one guy who helped me a lot, he spoke very good English. Helped me make the right decision about choosing my lens for my camera. Thanks a lot for the help! Overall I had very good experience. Will visit again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales assistant was quite rude. I wanted to check the wireless charging pad and she tells me, if you want to see it, you can buy and then look at it. And will you take it back if I don’t like it? She says No. Wow! Excellent service! No thank you.

the staffs will follow you all the way until you leave.
If you want to looking around comfortably, you may find it easier to go to another larger shops.
