口感有層次
第一口帶一丁點苦味
第二口即適應這種感覺
奶香非常濃
也很順口，飲品有他不便宜的價值（不算貴但也不便宜）

其實很常路過，今天終於停下來拜訪，很驚訝地發現是間咖啡館。?
因為天氣太熱，先點了一杯冷萃，選了希達摩，喝起來很順口，口感很不錯。後來又點了一杯虹吸，也是選希達摩，特別的是店家以兩種方式呈現，高腳杯跟陶瓷杯，會因為降溫的速度不同而有不同的風味呈現，很有趣的體驗。
離開前問了老闆(是位很有氣質的女生☺️)希達摩咖啡豆是日曬還水洗的，她說是水洗的。
內用續杯有六折優惠唷！店裡感覺很舒服！

Because the weather is too hot, I first ordered a glass of cold brew and chose Shidama. It tasted very smooth and good. Later, I ordered a cup of siphon, which was also Shidamo. Especially the store presented it in two ways. The high-foot cup and the ceramic cup will have different flavors due to the different cooling speeds. It is a very interesting experience.
Before leaving, I asked the boss (a very temperamental girl ☺️) Shidamo coffee beans are washed in the sun, and she said they are washed.
There is a 40% discount for refills inside! It feels very comfortable in the shop!
